International Competitions – World Skills Competitions
World Skills competitions are offered every second year in the odd number year. Skills Competences Canada utilizes the Canadian Skills Competition every even numbered year as the first step in the selection process for Team Canada.
World Skills is a free-standing, non-political organization that provides a cost effective means for international government and industry cooperation in achieving higher standards and status for vocational education and training on a worldwide basis.
WorldSkills Competition Competitor Classification:
Candidates must be younger than 23 years of age in the year of the WorldSkills Competition.
